3. Is there a guarantee for the jewels brought in your store?
Yes, we do have a guarantee / warranty up to 10 years for our high quality products. However, this depends on the jewelry variety and type. We strive to provide you the best quality products as most of our products are handcrafted and exclusively designed and made.
We do not crowdsource.

We welcome you to our store from
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday.

6. How do I buy the product?
Our exclusive products or designs are available only in stores and may not be displayed on website. You can shop online or shop via WhatsApp / Instagram or Facebook and the orders can be placed through the same
7. Will the product delivered match the image shown in the website?
We ensure to take pictures on natural lighting so the customers receive products as they see on the image.
8. What is the jewellery made of?
Most of our products are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with Gold polish. Few jewelry sold on the website are one gram Gold or real Silver or Gold foil compressed.
9. Do you have a physical outlet?
Yes, we have two retail outlets in Chennai. You can find the details in our Contact Us.
10. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
11. How do I track my order?
If you have an account created with us, the order details are available on the My Account page. The tracking details are sent to the mail. If you have placed an order as a guest, the tracking details will be available on your given mail ID.
12. Do you undertake bulk orders?
Yes we do accept bulk orders for all occasions. Please contact us for more information.
13. What are the payment options available?
We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePe etc., We also have plans to allow EMI and Pay Later services very soon. Kindly refer payment information page for more details.
14. Do you ship all over India?
We ship to all cities in India through trusted courier partners. If courier service is unavailable we will ensure to check the pin code for service and ship it through Speed Post.
15. Do you provide international shipping facility?
Yes. We do ship Worldwide through reputed courier partners. More information in international shipping refer to our page International Shipping.
16. What is the estimated delivery time?
Any order from the day of shipping domestic orders within India will take 5 to 7 working days for delivery. The tracking details will be on your mail and can be used to track the parcel.
For International orders, depending on the country location, the order will take 5 to 20 days maximum.
17. What should I do if I have not received my order within the promised delivery timelines?
Please Email us your order ID with details stating your concern from the registered e-mail ID/phone number.

Account creation is not mandatory. You can shop anytime with us as guest login
22. How can I change/cancel my order?
The placed orders can be cancelled is only within 1 working day of placing it and not anytime later. You can Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to cancel.

23. What is the Size of the product?
The approximate dimensions of the products are being displayed under the product image along with the other details of the product. In order to help the customers with the sizing we have also provided a sizing chart and necklace guide in Inches and cms. Kindly refer the same before you place an order
24. Do you take up 1 day delivery?
Kindly contact us for the same. We can process on case to case basis.
25. Will the products be checked for any damages/defects before dispatch?
Each item is sent for thorough quality check before shipping and packed with utmost care. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged product are very less. However in case of receipt of damaged items Please do follow the steps as mentioned in Returns and Exchange Policy.
26. What is a product I like is Sold Out?
If a product is shown as sold out, it means the items/products are no longer available in stock. Most of our products are limited in stock since they are exquisite and handcrafted. However, certain products can be specifically restocked/made on order basis. Please contact us for the same.

Sorry No. We request customers to follow our Instagram handle and Facebook to get regular product updates. Also subscribe to our newsletter to get cool offers and notifications in priority. 30. Gift Wrapping facility available?
Yes. We do offer gift wrap facility. Kindly mention the same during check out . We also provide E-gift card as a gifting option.
