EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Most of our products are handmade with precious metals and precious stones using traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. All our products go through strict quality control before shipping.

Return or Exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Still, in case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, we urge you to inform us immediately after receiving the parcel. If 7 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

Please note we provide 7- day exchange for orders placed online on www.cbigsjewels.com and shipped within India

Steps to initiate an Exchange or Return:

  • Notify us with an image of the product as received, to info@cbigsjewels.com immediately on receiving the parcel.

  • After analyzing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail with the approval for the return.

  • We will arrange for a return on mutually convenient return method.

  • Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

  • We don’t accept returns if products are found to be used or in a damaged condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Customers can also exchange products by visiting any of our stores within 7 days from the date received. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them if possible.

  • We will only provide Exchange or Voucher for the returned product - Strictly No Refund.

Exchange and refund for Products purchased during the Sale:

Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged. Sale items if exchanged will be done on MRP to MRP basis. That is MRP of the product being exchanged and the MRP of the new selected product in considered and the difference amount needs to be paid. Exchange is not done of the discounted price. 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order email us at info@cbigsjewels.com . If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with picture if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refund: 

  • No return/ refund / replacement for made to order / customized products as its completely made upon request

  • Refund applicable only if the end user receives incorrect product / damaged product during transit / manufacturing defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately through WhatsApp / call with pictures +91 9444007111 .

  • In this case, CBIGS will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the existing ones from the end user, Return charges to be borne by the customer

  • If in case, CBIGS fail to replace with the correct product, it may happen in single stock product, end user may choose some other product of the same worth. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE

  • To avoid returns, we always suggest customers to write to INFO@cbigsjewels.com with the product code for more pictures before ordering any product

  • Return products need to be received by CBIGS within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement

  • Returns are not applicable and not encouraged in case you don`t like the product, it does not suit your face, not matching to your clothes or for any other reason.

  • We do not exchange old for new. We do not take old silver articles or jewelries or coins

  • Cancellation will be accepted if the product has not been shipped. The same will be refunded in full or in partial as per the cancellation on case to case basis and money will be refunded to the account within 15 working days.
